We’re looking for an experienced Project Specialist to support a 4-month remote contract. This part-time opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, keeps projects moving, and excels at coordinating multiple stakeholders and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project plans in Microsoft Planner, including timelines, task assignments, progress tracking, and budget monitoring
- Coordinate the development of key project deliverables, including specific documents and campaigns
- Review content development; ensuring quality, consistency, and timely completion
- Keep projects on schedule by proactively tracking milestones, identifying risks, and following up on action items
Key Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of project management experience
- Experience managing cross-functional projects from planning through completion
- Proficiency with Microsoft Planner and Microsoft 365
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage competing priorities
Hourly Rate Range: $38-$40
