A typical day would look like:
• Scouting top talent by diving into our massive candidate database
• Conducting phone screens and sharing your superstar recommendations with senior leadership
• Keeping our talent pool fresh by updating profiles and reconnecting with candidates
• Tracking and updating everything in our internal system
• Reaching out to existing clients to chat about their upcoming hiring needs
What we’re looking for:
• Similar recruitment experience
• Bonus points if you have a background or love for marketing
• Someone who’s energetic, organized, relationship-driven, and ready to make an impact
