Global HR Manager

MoD is currently looking for a Global HR Manager for a client of ours. In this position you will be responsible for coordinating & managing the recruitment & talent development for the entire organization, as well as facilitate the development of the Human Resources department.
We are searching for someone with a passion for people that has experience working within the software / technology sector and is able to lead the organization’s HR function.
Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention
  • Work with departments to identify staffing and recruiting needs
  • Development of role & job descriptions
  • Coordinate candidate screening, testing & interviews
  • Negotiate & develop employment agreements
  • Implement fair employment practices in accordance with federal, state, and local legal requirements
  • Ensure employees’ adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required

Key Skills:

  • 10-15 years of professional HR experience
  • 5 years of senior HR management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in human resources management, business administration or related field
  • Experienced in all aspects of recruitment & talent management
  • Experience working with, supporting and managing remote workers
  • Experience working within a technology/software focused company
  • Interpersonal skills to effectively manage, interact, negotiate, and communicate with employees
  • Knowledge and ability to communicate company policies and enforce decisions within their authority
