MoD is currently on the hunt for an Email Marketing Specialist for a well known and reputable client of ours! You will act as a key member in the development of their integrated email marketing programs and campaigns by strategizing and executing.
Key Responsibilities:
– Determine target audiences and launching email and SMS campaigns
– Report findings and results such as metrics, KPIs, success rates and data to senior management and stakeholders
– Advocate new ideas & strategies that will help to drive growth
– Act as the subject matter expert on email and CRM marketing
– Drive optimization and growth through A/B testing and other methods
Key Skills:
– Degree or diploma in business or marketing-related field
– 2+ years’ experience in a similar role marketing or automation role
– Experience with the personalization for email marketing strategies
– Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, MailChimp, Klaviyo or other marketing automation platforms
– Experience building and testing emails with tools such as MJML and Litmus; knowledge of coding HTML and CSS for emails
– Strong project management skills
Please note, this is a contract role with a great chance of long term extension or permanent status. In addition, this is a hybrid role that requires you to be on-site 3 days a week in the downtown Toronto area.
