MoD is looking for a Digital Advertising Innovation Team Lead for a leading client of ours. An ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, has implemented complex projects with cross-functional teams, built strong relationships with stakeholders, and can educate them on all matters related to data and analytics.
In this role you will manage and improve the marketing data warehouse, create new data segments for advertising campaigns through machine learning and statistical analyses, and analyze marketing touchpoints to enhance marketing decision making.
•Lead a team; act as the go-to person and provide direction on all projects
•Analytics/Insights/Measurement; build and manage the team’s vision for digital acquisition
•Ad Tech; digital advertising automation
•Audiences/Segments Management; manage with internal & external partners holistic digital advertising audience strategy
•Advertising Testing & Experimentation; oversee strategy and execution of digital advertising experiments
•Project Management/Business Analysis
•Over 7 years of progressive experience in data and analytics
•Strong leadership qualities with experience leading a cross functional data and analytics team
•Ad Tech experience with Google Cloud, Google Analytics 360, Adobe Audience Manager, Campaign Manager, Facebook Business Manager preferred
•Hands on experience working with log level data from Google Analytics 360, Adobe Analytics, Campaign Manager, or Google Ads Datahub
•Project leadership in identifying objectives and challenges along with developing and executing on roadmaps to meet milestones in a timely manner
