- Work with clients to report on performance, determine strategies, discuss future opportunities, and address any questions or concerns
- Develop Google Ad campaigns based on client goals and objectives
- Perform keyword research & write engaging ad text
- Analyze historical data to determine the best optimizations to improve performance
- Run A/B tests to maximize ad text performance
- Write content and design landing pages that maximize for conversion rates
- 1+ years of experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics in a corporate environment
- Client-facing or customer-service experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large sets of data
- Strong analytical skills to make optimization decisions based on reported metrics
- Desire to work with non-profits!
