Demand Generation Manager

In this role you will be in charge of  website conversion rate, nurturing leads, and reporting on these leads and conversion KPIs. The company is located in Toronto, with a competitive salary, benefits and has a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow website conversion rates (convert web traffic from calls-to-action, personalization, and a/b testing)
  • Create, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Optimize their marketing automation and lead nurturing processes
  • Manage various email campaigns, from product updates, monthly newsletters, and lead nurturing campaigns
  • Segment email lists based on user behavior such as email engagement and website interactions
  • Measure results and optimize lead nurturing workflows

Key Skills:

  • Prior experience working with marketing automation and CRM software (ie Hubspot, Marketo or Salesforce etc.)
  • Inventive and resourceful, highly organized and can execute your ideas quickly
  • Highly analytical and comfortable analyzing performance to improve conversion rates (website, email, leads)
  • Thrive when you collaborate with others but can also be focused and work independently to get stuff done
