Marketers on Demand is currently seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join our client’s sales team, with a mission to empower and support their healthcare clients! This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales and relationship building, particularly in healthcare, who is passionate about making a positive impact on clients’ well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads by conducting thoughtful consultations with potential clients
  • Move leads through all stages of the sales cycle using consistent, effective and timely follow ups
  • Develop, retain and grow client portfolio by delivering various sales goals and supporting a positive client experience
  • Document all opportunities and follow-ups in CRM system
  • Being a great listener to discover client needs; use a pro-active approach with active listening to understand their needs
  • Develop comprehensive plans for clients using a holistic approach to help them achieve their goals
  • Complete the final steps to close the deal, and provide exceptional care and customer service with every client touchpoint to nurture strong, long-standing relationships

Requirements:

  • 3+ Years of Proven Sales Success: You have a track record of turning leads into long-term partnerships.
  • 3+ Years of Client-Focused Experience: Ideally in healthcare or hospitality, with a strong understanding of client needs and service excellence.
  • Multitasking and Prioritization Skills: Your ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and urgency sets you apart.
  • Outstanding Interpersonal Skills: You excel at handling challenging situations with a calm, professional, and objective approach.
  • Strategic Decision-Making: You make sound, thoughtful decisions that align with long-term goals and strategic vision, backed by logical reasoning.
  • Driver’s license is required
