Marketers on Demand is searching for a Hospitality Sales Coordinator for a Toronto organization who wants to provide excellent client service to current and future clients. You are someone that has worked within hospitality, and excels in customer service and very organized to assist in administrative tasks to support for the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly
• Act as a point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries and providing information about services and facilities.
• Track and ensure timely follow-up with all prospective client inquiries on a weekly basis
• Support the development and maintenance of the CRM tools; input new inquiries and build/run reports to support various business requirements
• Develop and improve various programs to assist with client onboarding, points of contact and support for the organization
• Assist in developing and distributing sales materials (brochures, orientation packages and monitor inventory to ensure materials are available)
Key Qualifications:
• 3+ years of previous customer experience within the hospitality industry
• College diploma in Business or Hospitality is considered an asset
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong administrative and computer skills (Work, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Data entry and CRM experience (reporting tools) are considered an asset
• Proven time management skills and must be reliable to adhere to deadlines
• Strong service skills and a demonstrated desire to ensure client satisfaction
Salary: $55,000 + benefits
