Marketers on Demand is looking to recruit an experienced French bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner for a great client of ours in the GTA. This role is a contract position that puts you in the drivers seat to implement HR strategies that range from HR policies, staffing and recruiting, employee resolutions, supporting senior management and handling special projects. This is a 6-month contract (to start) with a competitive salary and the chance to partner with an industry leader.
 
 
Roles and responsibilities:

  • Influencing key stakeholders at all levels of the organization to adopt new processes, tools and behaviors
  • Providing thought leadership, strategic advice, coaching on all areas of Talent Acquisition prosses
  • Influence key stakeholders to align expectations to the external marketplace and help set proper expectations
  • Source, screen and recruit for a number of technical and senior level positions
  • Personally assess candidates presentation and personality and present robust shortlists with an appropriate mix of internal and external candidates
  • Implement process improvements as directed as the company is open to suggestions for improvement

 
 
Qualifications:
 

  • Must be fully French bilingual 
  • 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience managing corporate recruitment
  • 3+ years of in-house corporate experience
  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Hands-on experience using search tools and engines such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Indeed and more
  • Able to collaborate and communicate with C-suite level employees

 
 
Please note, this is a hybrid position that requires you to be on-site twice a week.
