Customer Success Manager, Bilingual

Marketers on Demand is on the hunt for a confident & bilingual Customer Success Manager who will be responsible from onboarding to growing of our client’s customer base!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new and existing platform accounts
• Meet sales targets and specific account management performance metrics
• Build strong and collaborative relationships with clients; assist with issues and inquiries
• Generate innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness
• Develop an excellent understanding of product launches and provide recommendations to clients 
 
Key Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Post-secondary degree or diploma University degree in relevant field
• Professional language skills in both French and English
• Excellent communication skills (experience presenting to clients at a variety of levels)
• Solid understanding of the sales process/cycle
• Experience analyzing and presenting reporting and analytics
• Excellent Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Ability and willingness to travel within Canada; availability to travel on an as needed basis
